Congratulations to Rachel and her team for their
recent acknowledgment from Mr. Marriott with the Spirit to Serve Award. A very
satisfied guest wrote a letter to Mr. Marriott about their stay which took place
during the baseball playoffs. In the letter to Mr. Marriott they named several
employees individually, including Rachel and Gisselle. Marriott’s “Spirit to
Serve” Award includes a letter from Mr. Marriott and an embossed certificate.
These awards are not just handed out for every letter written to Marriott so the
TPS Anaheim team has a lot to be proud of.
